Century 21 Alliance Realty Group is a full service real estate office located in the Hudson Valley, New York area. We have been assisting families and investors for over 25 years. Century 21 Alliance Realty Group has a full time real estate staff and a full time property management division. We are experienced in assessing the condition of a home, assisting with the vacating of the property, maintaining properties until title transfers, marketing properties and negotiating the sale of a foreclosure listing.

The REO Staff at Century 21 Alliance Realty Group has extensive experience in all aspects of the care, management, and  marketing of bank-owned properties, as well as the marketing of pre-foreclosures and short sales. Our full-time REO staff has  solid working relationships with numerous banks, loan servicers, and attorneys in the servicing and marketing these properties. In addition, our fully-staffed Broker Price Opinion Department has the knowledge and expertise to provide up-to-the-minute property valuations based on extensive research. Based on our solid working relationships with contractors, plumbers, carpenters,  electricians, landscapers, and handymen, we have the resources to provide all necessary maintence for these properties.

We currently have an alliance with Bank of America Home Loans and work with Chase Home Loans, Capital One, M&T Mortgage and a number of asset management companies in listing and selling their REO and distressed short sale properties. In addition, we provide this service to a number of local community banks and attorneys. In the past year, we have developed solid relationships with many asset managers and loss mitigation specialists. We have also worked with bankruptcy attorneys and trustees in liquidating real estate assets through the Federal Bankruptcy Court System.
